Zechariah Thomas
Meet Zechariah Tomas, affectionately known as Coach Scoota, the heart and soul behind Platinum Pressure. Born and raised in Lanett, Alabama, Coach Scoota has a passion for elevating and empowering the youth of inner cities, guiding them to uncover and achieve their fullest potential.
With a decade of experience in the realms of dance and performance, Coach Scoota is an expert in Majorette, Hip-Hop, and Lyrical dance forms. His journey includes prestigious roles such as the head coach for Lanett High Marching Panthers Dance Line, Lanett Goldettes, and the Elite Champagne Divas in Opelika, Alabama.
Coach Scoota also showcased his leadership in academia as the step and stroll master for the Alpha Psi Alpha chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. at Auburn University from Fall 2020 through Fall 2021.
Today, he continues to inspire as a traveling Majorette choreographer and serves as the CEO of the competitive Majorette team, Platinum Pressure, based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Through his leadership at Platinum Pressure, Coach Scoota is not just coaching dance; he’s crafting the leaders of tomorrow. Join him on this vibrant journey of rhythm, expression, and empowerment.
E'Najah Williams
Meet E'Najah Williams, a vibrant spark from Charlotte, NC, affectionately known as the Queen City. With an impressive 19 years of dance under her belt, E'Najah is a seasoned aficionado in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and hip-hop. Her journey began at the tender age of 4 at BB Dance Productions, setting the stage for a lifelong passion for movement and rhythm.
E'Najah's talent and dedication propelled her to the DRC Diamonds, where she shone as the head captain from 2017 to 2018, leading with grace and power. After her triumphs in the majorette world, she advanced her studies and skills at North Carolina Central University, dazzling as part of The Sound Machine's "Lovely Ladies of eClipse."
Her dance story continued to unfold with her initiation into the prestigious Delta Phi Delta Dance Fraternity Inc., in the fall of 2023. Today, E'Najah brings her rich experience and unstoppable energy to Platinum Pressure Dance Studio, where she serves as co-CEO. At Platinum Pressure, she's not just teaching dance; she's inspiring a new generation of dancers to express themselves and pursue their passions with the same fervor she has always embodied.
